Compton Scattering Calculator
Enter the properties of the incident photon (either its wavelength or energy) and select the scattering angle θ. This calculator will compute the scattered (outgoing) photon wavelength & energy, the shifts in wavelength and energy, the kinetic energy of the recoiling electron, and the electron recoil angle φₑ.
